Please do not show up to camp before 2:00pm on the day your camp begins! We will dismiss camp promptly at 10:30am on your last day. Make sure your transportation arrives 15 minutes early!

We will send an email to your camp coordinator two weeks before your camp. If you don't see it at your 2 week mark, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out. For final payment, bring a blank check with you at check-in or pay with credit card through the link on your invoice!

ALL meds must be in their original packaging and brought at check-in to be processed with the nurses station. There are no meds allowed anywhere except the nurses station. NEVER give a student any medication. This includes all leaders meds, over the counter, inhalers, melatonin, etc!

At camp we have a snack shack, coffee shop, product/merch room, and a speed the light offering! Cash and card is accepted at all locations!

Unfortunately due to insurance and NTAG policies, no child under 12 years old or going in to the 6th grade is allowed to participate in any part of NTX Youth Camps (games, tournaments, services, free-time, etc). We highly recommend you find child-care at home while you are at camp. In the off case you cannot, we have lodge rooms available but minors must be accompanied at all times by someone over 18 years old and can only go from Lodges to the Cafeteria and back.

We do our best to keep camp as safe and modest as possible - because of that we ask that you prep your students beforehand. The 5 B's that we don't want to see are: Barefeet, Barebacks, Bras, Boobs, or Butts! Everything should be covered. The safest rule of thumb is finger tip length shorts, tank tops that do not show braws, nipples, or someones side. Spandex/Biker shorts are not allowed as they are merely second-skin! 😜 #modestishottest

Lakeview Camp is a closed-campus which means no guest are permitted unless authorized by Camp Directors.

No motorized vehicles are allowed to be brought onto campus due to liability and Camp ground insurance policies. You'll get your steps in this week!

If you have a student or leader that needs to leave during camp, there is a check-out process that MUST happen with one of our camp Deans or Coordinators. No minor is allowed to leave without legal parent or guardian in person. Leaders must also check-out with leadership. No one is allowed to leave campus without authorization.

Unless authorized by the camp director, once you are on the campground all vehicles should remain parked and no one should leave for any non-emergent reason (deemed by Camp Director).
