01 - Church Coordinator Registration
Responsibilities

Communication between NTYM & your church

Complete online registration for your students

Complete payment for all participating students
-
Distribute performance times to students & parents​
​*Coordinators will receive a link within 3-5 business days in order to complete Step 2, Student Registration.

OPTION ONE
Share link with students and have them register online themselves.
OPTION TWO
Collect paper forms to register your students online personally. (Do not mail paper forms to the district)

Pay automatically online through your Brushfire registration.

ON TIME REGISTRATIONS | $30 PER ENTRY
(On-Time ends Jan. 11, 2024)
LATE REGISTRATIONS | $40 PER ENTRY
(Late registration ends Feb. 4, 2024)
*All fees are nonrefundable
04 - Confirmation

Final invoice & confirmations will be emailed to each church coordinator by Feb. 16, 2024.

Please review carefully and confirm that all information is spelled correctly as this is how it will appear on certificates.
